Pushing USDA beef in a region renowned for its Wild Rose moo is risky at best, but that’s not stopping the chain from unrepentantly espousing the virtues of its corn-fed Midwestern cuts. To be fair, there is one Alberta beef dish on the menu, which has steaks ranging from eight to 24 ounces. If red meat isn’t your thing, try the stuffed chicken breast or fresh lobster.
