Billing itself as “the steakhouse of the 21st century” takes a lot of gumption, but the chain painstakingly lives up to that reputation with its choice of AAA sterling silver steak (rated in the top 10 percent of Alberta beef). Add to that beefy foundation options like top sirloin, filet mignon and colossal prime rib, the joint's marinated and roasted specialty.
